Yes it is street legal with a plate this bike is great it comes with all kinds of parts and upgrades, 2 sets of wheels one 17 in super moto and one 21-19 dirt both sets come with 2 sets of tires and a brand new paddle tire, both sets also have there own sprocket chain and brake rotors so swapping them out is easy.
