1990 4.0 liter Bronco 2 (cracked head) but new motor makes one mean rig

This was a very capable rig until the head cracked and I believe the engine hydrolocked....it won't turn over now. It has a 4.0liter engine and tranny out of a 94 explorer. The motor and auto tranny were both rebuilt and only have about 15,000 miles on them. It has:

4" rough country lift
D35 front with 3.73 gears and loc-rite locker
rear diff has 3.73 gears and loc-rite locker
