Ive got an immaculate e39 grey metallic with a grey interior. Automatic (sorry) its got good rubber, re did the front end cooling and running tip top now. Only thing wrong is the navigation is out, displays your long/lat but no pic on screen. Have an extensive book with every bit of maintenance.
