WTT: e46 for e36 m3

buy used cars?
Anyone interested in moving on to a newer model bmw?

I have an 01 330ci, jet black 5 speed with 144k miles. I posted on e46 fanatics to see if anyone is interested. I will do the same here.

I dont have a check list of what the e36 m3 should have. I will entertain any m3 thrown at me. I would like a great running m3 though.
